Edin Karakaš is a Partner. He focuses on banking, finance and capital markets.
Edin has advised on the finance side of large M&A and private equity deals, project finance, refinancing and capital markets. He regularly advises international financial institutions on all aspects of their operations in Croatia, including regulatory advice and support on offering complex financial products to Croatian customers (swaps, derivatives, cash pooling etc.).
Edin also specialises in domestic and international dispute resolution and investment law. Between 2006 and 2007 he worked in Essex Court Chambers, London, UK and at the same time read for an LL.M. degree at King’s College London. Edin advises clients on litigation cases and domestic and international arbitrations such as UNCITRAL, ICC, ICSID and PAC-CCE. He has also acted as a judge in two international moot court competitions.
