Hrvoje Klišanić

Hrvoje Klišanić is a Senior Associate focusing on dispute resolution, commercial and company law, TMT and infrastructure projects.

Hrvoje has particular expertise in dispute resolution and represents clients in commercial litigations with emphasis on agency and distribution agreements, administrative procedures and misdemeanour procedures.

He often participates in various due diligence proceedings and regularly works as a team member on M&A transactions. Hrvoje has contributed to various European projects as a national expert.

Hrvoje's experience also includes assistance on competition, as well as banking and financing matters. With an interest in intellectual property law, he also assists clients with IP protection and enforcement strategies.
