Duško Žurić is the Co-Managing Partner of the office. He advises clients on investments and financing deals in Croatia, with a special focus on the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors.
Duško started his legal career at Žurić i Partneri and became a partner in 1999. He participated in or was the head of legal teams on some of the largest acquisition projects in Croatia and on a number of other large and medium-sized investment and finance deals.
Throughout his career Duško served as Assistant Minister for Privatisation and Industry at the Ministry of Economy of the Government of the Republic of Croatia. During that period, he was directly responsible for the second phase of privatisation of HT – Croatian Telecom and had a significant role in reforms of the regulatory framework and privatisations in the energy and telecom sectors. After ending his mandate with the Ministry of Economy, Duško continued his career as a practicing lawyer with Žurić i Partneri and has since worked on M&A and capital markets deals in various industries.
